   There’s only 1 true form of Link, like in Ocarina of Time and Twilight Princess, but there is a reincarnation of Link because the real Link “left” Hyrule and never returned and was probably killed in the Great Flood. He is seen in Wind Waker, Phantom Hourglass, and upcoming Spirit Tracks. There are although other forms of Link such as Goron Link, Deku Link, Zora Link, Deity Link, etc. In Zelda The Four Swords there are 4 Links, but I don’t really count them because Four Swords was a spin-off.
