thanks a lot i have … thanks a lot i have the same problem and I refused to admit it until recently. eventhough i can see i have an eating disorder i cants stop it I excercise every day, eating only one meal a day, I`m so obsess about for my weight, that I dont wanna good out with my friends because I`m sscare of eating too much calories. no matter how much weight i loose i still see myself as fat.

At that time, when … At that time, when my weight loss was something new, I did like the way I looked, and I did embrace my anorexia. I did like the fact that I was sick and there is no denying it. Now however, after I realize what I’ve had to/ and am going through, I know that this is truly the worst thing that ever happened in my life. Those pictures sadden me now immensely. Hope that helps.

Not only will it enlighten many as to what living with a mental illness and an eating disorder is like, it also gives comfort to those sufferers who think there is no hope and that they are alone. It is very informative, sometimes shocking but also very funny in parts. All in all, a good read and highly recommended.
